8.Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-4 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated during checkout.

9.Return and Refund Policy
Clay Products
Due to their fragile nature, returns for clay products are not accepted unless:
Items are damaged during transit.
There is a verified manufacturing defect.

Claims for transit damage must include images of the damaged item and packaging, submitted via email or WhatsApp within 2 days of delivery.

Other Products
Returns are accepted within 6 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
Forward and return courier charges will be deducted, and refunds will be processed to your account within 2-3 business days after verification.

10.Prohibited Uses

15.Additional Terms for Fragile Clay Products
Product Nature and Usage Disclaimer
Clay products are handmade and natural, which may result in slight variations in size, shape, or finish. These variations are not defects but are part of the product’s unique charm.
Improper use, including exposure to sudden temperature changes or harsh chemicals, may damage the product. Perioq by SJP is not liable for such damage caused by improper handling.

Care Instructions
Customers are advised to follow the care and usage instructions provided with each product to maintain its longevity.
Avoid placing clay pots on high flames or subjecting them to extreme temperature changes to prevent cracking.
It is the customer’s responsibility to adhere to these guidelines.

Liability for Damages
Perioq by SJP is not liable for damages occurring due to improper use, neglect, or mishandling after delivery.
Products must be inspected upon delivery. Any claims for transit damage must be reported within 2 days of receipt with photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging.

Handling and Transit Damage
While we ensure safe packaging, clay products are fragile and may sustain damage during transit. In such cases:
Damage claims will only be accepted if photographic evidence of the damaged item and packaging is provided immediately upon unboxing.
Replacement or refunds are subject to our verification process.

Non-Returnable Policy
Clay products are non-returnable due to their fragile nature, except in cases of:
Transit damage verified by our team.
Heat cracks or manufacturing defects identified and reported within the stipulated time frame.
Heat Cracks and Natural Wear
Heat cracks may occur due to extended use or improper care. These are considered natural wear and tear and are not covered under any warranty or replacement policy.
